Infrastructure Committee

Baranggay Bel-Air has continuously worked to improved the community’s infrastructure. Listed below are some of the notable projects in recent years:

- the beautification and upgrading of our main gates at Orbit and Paseo de Roxas
- constructed and installed nine security outposts
- completed the strengthening and repainting of all barrier gates (gates that are presently closed) to improve the security
- installed new traffic signs that are of international standard at strategic locations
- repaired and repaved sidewalks around the village
- maintained in good working condition the more than two hundred street lamps installed at the two parks, Salcedo Village, and perimeter streets around Bel-Air
- repainted and repaired some of the playground equipment in our park
- the fabrication and the installation of a new fence at Park II for added security and beautification
- replace of all street signs as well as the repair and replacement of street sign posts
- repainted street humps and curves
- installed additional brand new playground equipment at Parks II and III. Old Park playground equipment were repaired and repainted.
- Asphalt overlaying of Orbit, Paseo de Roxas, Jupiter and Constellation Streets
- Repair and installation of heat insulation for the roofing of the Barangay Covered Court
- Rehabilitation and improvement of security and Tanod headquarters
- Construction of three Police Traffic Outposts units and renovation of two outposts
