LTO ON WHEELS

Complete Process:

1. Online Registration – Register online starting June 27 (Friday) 9:00 AM to secure a slot for LTO on Wheels.
2. Parking – Secure a parking space around the park area.
3. Registration – Once parked, proceed to the Bel-Air Courtyard to obtain a number from Cathy at the Registration Desk.
4. Wait Time – You may take a seat in the Bel-Air Courtyard while waiting for your number to be called. Once ready, your number will be posted on the announcement board.
5. Emission Testing – Bring your car and queue in the emission testing line. The starting point of the line is at the corner of Hydra St. and Solar St.
6. Insurance – While your car undergoes emission testing, you may proceed to the insurance booth to renew your insurance.
7. Submission of Documents to LTO – After securing a parking space around the park area, proceed to the LTO on Wheels bus.
• Submit the necessary documents (Photocopy of OR/CR, Insurance, and Emission Test results).
• Once submitted, wait in the Bel-Air Courtyard until your name is called.
8. Releasing of Official Receipt – Your name will be called in the Courtyard. Once called, you will be informed of the fees to be settled, and your new Official Receipt will be released.

Important Reminders:

• Scheduled AM and PM online registrations will be strictly followed.
• Wrong online applications for diesel and gasoline will not be accepted
• If your number is called and you are unavailable, you will need to re-queue.
• Senior drivers and PWD members are given priority in the line.
• Mode of payment: Cash only. LTO on Wheels does not accept credit cards, checks, bank transfers, or GCash.
