Vehicle Registration Step-by-Step Process
This initiative is for Barangay Bel-Air residents to streamline registration through LTO Makati and Steadfast MVIC.
Step 1: Steadfast Emission and Inspection
- Location: Steadfast MVIC near Circuit, Santa Ana, Manila. Refer to the map details below.

Waze: Steadfast MVIC Vehicle Inspection and Emission Center - Scope: Includes headlights, taillights, suspension, and emission testing.
- Fees:
- Light Vehicles: ₱850.
- Motorcycles: ₱600.
Step 2: Compile your documents
Place the following items in one brown envelope:
- MVIC Inspection Result.
- Certificate of Validation ₱70.
- OR/CR Photocopy.
- Insurance Payment: ₱1,380.
- Previous Registration Amount: The amount indicated on your last OR (Cash Only).
Step 3: Submit your documents to the Barangay
- Barangay Collection: Submit your completed envelope to Ms. Cathy at the Barangay Hall.
- LTO Processing: The Barangay coordinates with LTO Makati to process the documents.
- Claiming: Once finished, updated documents and any applicable change will be returned to the Barangay Hall for resident pickup.
