Bring a photocopy of your OR and CR of your motor vehicle 3. No online appointment, No Registration 4. Penalties for late registration will not be waived. 5. For company owned cars only ONE CAR PER COMPANY will be accommodated 6. All appointments will be honored on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS As with any other LTO offices nationwide, system glitches and offline issues may occur resulting in either minor or major delays. If and when this happens, we humbly request for utmost patience. You may be required to come back either on the same day or on another day when services resume.
