The card grants cardholders access to various benefits and privileges designed to improve their quality of life and provide them with easier access to essential services such as discounts on various goods and services such as medicines, transportation, public utilities restaurants and shopping establishments. Certain income and benefits may be exempt them from taxes under PWD Act (RA No. 7277), and local governments and institutions provides additional support such as cash assistance or free access to specific programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a Filipino Citizen
  • Must be a registered voter
  • Actual/ current resident of the City of Makati for the past six (6) months or his/her parents or guardian

  • Latest 6 pcs. lxl photo AND 1 pc 2x2 photo of Applicant
  • Latest COMELEC CERTIFICATION (for minors-Voter Certificate of Parents/guardian are required)
